Privacy
Your conversations are not our content.
Ponderora is private by default. You can play a general room without an account, and conversation content stays on your device unless you deliberately turn on cloud save.

What stays on your device
General-room answers, notes, recaps, rituals, and settings are stored locally unless you choose cloud continuity.
Clearing browser storage can remove this local data. Ponderora does not make a public profile or post anything for you.
What cloud save does
Cloud save is off until you turn it on from Account. When enabled, it can carry your rooms, recaps, rituals, shared space, and settings between sessions.
Signing in or paying does not upload that conversation history by itself. You can delete the cloud relationship snapshot from Account while keeping the local device copy.
Accounts, payments, and service providers
Account sign-in uses your email address. Membership billing uses Stripe, which receives the payment details needed to process and manage your subscription. Ponderora does not receive your full card number.
Vercel hosts the app, Supabase provides account and optional cloud storage, and Stripe processes membership payments. Each provider handles data under its own privacy terms.
Measurement without conversation content
Ponderora may record structured events such as page visits, room starts and completions, passes, recommendation choices, and checkout steps so we can improve the product.
Analytics excludes answers, opening notes, recap text, ritual text, audio, transcripts, intimate choices, and inferred relationship traits. We do not sell personal information.
Private Intimacy
The adults-only Private Intimacy beta is separate from general rooms. It is excluded from analytics, cloud save, recommendations, reports, and AI. Its access gate is not a substitute for consent, and every player must be 18 or older.
Your choices
You can export or clear local data in Settings, delete the cloud relationship snapshot in Account, cancel membership through the billing portal, or ask support for account and privacy help. Some billing and security records may be kept when the law requires it.
