These terms apply when you use Ponderora, a product operated by Univenture Studio. By using the app, you agree to use it lawfully and respect every player's right to pass, pause, or stop.

Who can use Ponderora
You must be at least 13 to use general Ponderora rooms. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use the service only with a parent or guardian's permission. Private Intimacy is for consenting adults age 18 and older only.
Conversation, not professional care
Ponderora is a questions game, not therapy, medical care, crisis support, or professional advice. It cannot guarantee closeness, repair, safety, or any relationship outcome. Stop if a conversation feels unsafe and use qualified local help when needed.
Consent and responsible use
Each player may pass, ask for something lighter, pause, or stop. Do not record, upload, or share another person's information without their clear permission. Do not use Ponderora to harass, coerce, exploit, or endanger anyone.
Free play and membership
Core general rooms can be tried without an account. Ritual Membership adds shared continuity features for couples.
The current offer is $19 USD per month after a 7-day trial. It renews automatically until canceled. The checkout page shows the final price and timing before you subscribe.
Availability and changes
We may improve, replace, or stop features and may suspend access needed to protect users, the service, or the law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. Material term changes will be posted with a new update date.
Ownership and limits
Ponderora's software, brand, artwork, and curated question packs belong to their respective owners and may not be copied or resold without permission. To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided as available and Univenture Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
