The 7-day trial
The current membership offer starts with a 7-day trial. Stripe shows when the first charge will happen before you confirm. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first recurring charge.
Canceling
You can cancel through Manage membership in Account. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless the checkout or applicable law says otherwise, membership access continues until the end of the paid billing period.
Refund requests
Payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins. If there was a duplicate charge, an accidental renewal, or a service problem, contact support promptly. We will review the facts fairly. This policy does not reduce any refund right required by law.
What to include
Send the account email, charge date, and a short description of the billing issue. Do not send card numbers, room answers, intimate details, or other sensitive conversation content.
